What Now?

          So another election cycle has come and gone. Predictions of a pending “Blue Wave” never materialized and the usual suspects who made these predictions are trying to spin it all for us to believe that it actually did. In a year that the media told us would be an absolute “rebuke” to President Trump quite the opposite happened. While yes the House did flip to the control of the Democrats, on closer inspection it’s not what is being portrayed. The Democrats will have the slimmest of majorities in that chamber. Somewhere in the neighborhood of an 11 to 12 seat majority. Good Luck trying to get Middle America House Democrats on board with launching an impeachment, or trying to pass some massive tax increase. Good luck as well trying to convince the Senate, still controlled by the Republicans with an increased majority (More on this in a few), to change course and help them enact their far left agenda. If anything this Senate majority is a boon for the Republicans in that their ability to approve judges and cabinet appointments which are now a lot easier as they are no longer susceptible to the whims of leftist Republicans such as Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Bob Corker or Jeff Flake.  While we have no illusions that the House will not become a freak show with characters such as Maxine Waters, Jerrold Nadler, Sheila Jackson Lee, Eric Swalwell, Adam Schiff and others leading the committees, we should take solace in the fact that these band of partisan hacks will remained confined there with no real consequence other than continual false fire alarms. We need to parse through the noise and know that they are simply empty barrels making noise. Their absurd investigations will no doubt be cheered on by the complicit media, but in the end it will all be noise.

Now with all this in mind we are by no means out of the woods for the next two years. We need to understand the way the left in this country operates and how even when they lose they look for an opportunity to win. Any opportunity, that no matter how despicable the action required, they will endorse. Want proof? Look at the Brett Kavanaugh hearings for insight. Look at the scorched earth tactics they used in order to try and deny him his seat on the highest court. Anyone who watched those hearings of “Doctor” Ford knew the woman was several fries short of a Happy Meal. A woman who many agree most likely suffered some trauma in her life but not at the hands of the judge. The only ones who found her credible were the ones who wanted it to be true. The ones who feared the reality of the Supreme Court shifting back to sanity and to a true court of the Constitution. As I mentioned in an earlier article the left cannot operate when the constitution is the law of the land. It is the Holy water to an unclean spirit. They recoil at its mere mention and become hysterical when it is invoked. Has anyone seen on the news that the other women who accused Kavanaugh have retracted their accusations? The supporting evidence of a “pattern” has wilted like Hillary under a bucket of water. Ford has been placed in a cabin in the woods and told to stay there until further notice. I found it quite odd that leading up to the midterms this so-called “brave woman” wasn’t even brought up as a campaign issue by most of the Democrats. Why was that? Could it have something to do with the fact that she was exposed as damaged goods and that her claims were baseless? Any wonder why any Democrat up for reelection who voted against the judge were all voted out of office and the one who voted to confirm won? (Manchin, WV) The left tried to destroy this man and failed. To most people that would be humiliating and perhaps an introspective look would be underway on how to become contrite and amend their ways. Not the Democrats. They simply take an act of failed sabotage and use it as  a launch point for the next attack. To these people the landscape of politics is a never ending war. A war for power and control over the American people. One they never rest on and one that they will stoop to any level to achieve.

               This brings us to the events of the last week since the end of the election. The Day after it was over, President Trump, doing what all Presidents have done recently, came out in an unscripted press conference and fielded all sorts of questions about the path forward as a nation. He discussed how to coexist with the new power structure about to be installed, come January. The ever reliable press corps, continued their water carrying efforts for the Democrats, came at him right on script. First up, the ever pugnacious troll Jim Acosta stood up and gave his usual diatribes of attack, but in the form of questions that can’t be answered without provoking a confrontation. He picked the wrong man. Trump being Trump, not only ridiculed his “questions” but forcefully rebuked them and directly called out Acosta telling him to” sit down” in no uncertain terms. Acosta not content to take satisfaction in the fact he got a rise out of the President, continued to talk over the next questioner and repeatedly refused to hand the microphone over to the White House intern and hit her arm in the process. Where were the howls of protest from the other media about the poor defenseless female “Acosta”ed” by Acosta? That’s right there weren’t any because she works for a conservative.  Just take a listen to many of the reporters there, besides Acosta, and how they speak to the President. They have tones of arrogance, contempt and often blanket deception of narratives as they “ask” questions. Never in my life have I seen such an entitled bunch of narcissists talk to the President as they do. They do so because they are emboldened by the leftists in this country who do it to him every day and have done so since he assumed office. We have a press eager to foster any narrative that is harmful to him. Be it the debunked Russia story, his taxes, business dealings or a host of other topics, this crowd can be counted on to turn it all into salacious garbage to ensure they are featured prime time on the nightly news. There was a time where anything National Enquirer or TMZ resembling stories were immediately rejected, but now they are sought after and believed without question. So much for the old “Journalistic integrity”.

What is happening since that press conference should make the nation shiver with fear. Since that day the states of Florida, Georgia and Arizona have gone from being called, or almost called (Arizona), for Republicans to being deemed recount eligible. What does all this mean? It means that the Democrats are cheating and cheating in a way that threatens the fabric of the nation. Yes I know it sounds like hyperbole but let me take a moment to explain my fear of their actions and motivations. (Call me out on it after if you like). Starting in Florida we had both the Senate and Governor’s races easily called for both Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis (Respectively speaking) over Senator Nelson (Who Scott has defeated) and Andrew Gillum (Who DeSantis has defeated). Suddenly out of the blue a very corrupt county election commissioner finds thousands of votes for both Democrat candidates. These votes suddenly propel them into the zone of a recount. A zone the left will flood with even more fraudulent votes, either manufactured or with the help of countless illegals they allowed to vote (illegally). The national media, with no intellectual capacity for suspicion, has suddenly started with the mantra “Let every vote count”. The same fraud that happened in 2000 in Bush v Gore is back in play. A state that is as corrupt on a local level as Chicago is, is playing a dangerous game. If anyone ever wondered why the left fights like hell over judges this is the reason. All they need to do is get an election into overtime and from there they employ there vast resources in minority neighborhoods on the judicial level to get them the win. Judges in places like Broward County will play the game and allow any suspect vote into play. It is no coincidence at all that every time an election is close, there are always vote totals that go up for Democrats. It happened several years back in Minnesota when Norm Coleman was declared the loser against that mayor of Creepville, Al Franken. Bogus ballots were suddenly discovered and liberal judges allowed them in. It happened just today in Arizona where suddenly a woman named Kyrsten Sinema, who referred to Arizona as the “Meth lab of politics”, (in a direct shot at conservative voters)  defeated a navy pilot named Martha McSally.  Votes mysteriously appeared there as well. In Georgia Brian Kemp clearly defeated the ultra-leftist, Stacey Abrams (even with all her Hollywood support) yet at the 11^th hour so-called provisional ballots appeared, making it closer than it ever was. We now have a liberal judge trying to stop the certification of the election this Friday.

               We have entered a new frontier in this country where a rabid press are doing the bidding of a very Socialist Democratic party. They aren’t even trying to hide it any longer with any false pretense. They believe they have some calling to inject themselves into everything political and impart their wisdom on the nation. A nation that is so tired and worn out from it all they can’t seem to see which way is up anymore. This crowd has hijacked the spirit, the will and the fortitude of this country. A hijacking of our values that, unless we are all willing to surrender, we need to get back. No longer can we sit idly by while the left demonizes and launches character assassinations on elected and appointed officials. No longer can we stand by while the princes of darkness masquerade around as “Anti-fascists” while they themselves seek pure Fascism and anarchy. No longer can we allow them to project their own sins of race baiting, corruption, theft and bigotry onto us and become the new normal. If we haven’t learned anything else we need to learn that the left seeks to impose their will on a population through fraud and imposed by judicial activism. This is how they work and this is the game they play. As a country it is time that the rule of law be pursued. The States referenced above need to either remove these corrupt officials and install some standard of honesty or the office of the Attorney General of the United States needs to step in and end the corruption.

There is a reason the Democratic Party violently opposes voter ID laws and seeks to make end runs around them by issuing drivers licenses to illegals. They are attacking the fabric of the nation from all sides while the rest of us just sit back and hope we win. Maxine Waters shrieked to a mob that “if you see conservatives in a supermarket, restaurant or a gasoline station, you create a crowd (mob), you push back on them and tell them you are not welcome anymore” (Her code for inciting mob intimidation). Our prescription is the opposite. Simply hear what they have to say and refute it with actual facts. Win them over when you can or expose their school of thought for others to learn by. While the left needs mobs to launch fear and intimidation, we simply need to be on the side of the angels. I would say the Archangels. Remember though there are three of them and depending on the situation chose the right angel. When faced with a simple debate of ideas be civil and be the messenger as Gabriel. When you encounter those who truly were never instructed in right vs wrong, but have a sincere desire to learn the truth, be like Raphael and employ the virtues of healing and acts of mercy. When confronted with the illegality such as the theft of elections, destruction of people’s characters or mob violence espoused by Maxine Waters, Eric Holder or by ANTIFA, be like Michael who seeks to rescue all he can but fights those who are dedicated to wickedness. Pray that we all know the angel we need to be at the right time…
