The Rise of Fascism on the Left

I know, I know…it sounds extreme to make such a claim about the rise of fascism on the left, however in light of numerous recent events it is becoming quite obvious that this is indeed the case. Unfortunately I am quite familiar with the tactics of the left as I experienced them when I was studying for both my undergraduate degrees as well as my Master’s degree. I routinely found myself engaged in quite hostile debates that often turned quite vicious, verbally, and in one instance physically when I was attacked by a “New Black Panther Party” member in class for daring to suggest to him that his organization was militantly racist (which it was and still is today).    On college campuses there is no diversity of thought allowed. Most of the “professors” (hardly worth the money, nor the title, (Think Elizabeth Warren)) are usually holdouts from the 1960’s and more often than not, embrace radical leftist views. They are not content to simply embrace them, they also feel a compulsion to spread their Marxist views across campus and indoctrinate the young minds with their propaganda. Have you ever wondered why violence and speech intimidation always seems to occur on college campuses? Watch when a conservative shows up to give a speech the lawlessness that often ensues. Ben Shapiro, Ann Coulter, Hugh Hewitt, Cal Thomas, Donald Trump Jr, Charles Murray etc. are all examples of speakers who have had their talks overtaken by liberal interest groups. Just last year at Berkley California, a speech there was scheduled to be given by Milo Yiannopoulos, the former editor at Breitbart.    Not content to simply listen to what he had to say and challenge his arguments, the Democratic Student union sought to shut him down and used intimidation and ultimately violence to force the cancellation. One would think the University security and administration would have seen this coming and beefed up security. Actually the opposite happened, and security was quite lax and the stage was set for the premeditated anarchy that occurred. School glass doors were destroyed with bicycle racks, cars set on fire, police cars damaged and people targeted and injured who were conservatives. The faculty at Berkley gave a wink and a nod to the protesters because they share their views. Hell, one could make a compelling case they are the ones who nurtured these views and sat back and watched their protégés carry out their actions. I’m certain quite reminiscent of their own 1960’s sophomoric and pointless demonstrations advocating a lawless and socialist society. The left views college campuses (nowadays even high schools and grammar schools) as their laboratories to brainwash entire generations of children and young adults in their Marxist world view. This happens on almost every major campus across this country and the results are devastating to the kids coming out of these schools who buy in to it.

As I stated in the title, Fascism is on the rise on the left. Millions of students have passed through the doors of these left wing institutions, where for four plus years they have been indoctrinated into believing that a Capitalistic and Judeo-Christian society are things to be reviled. They have learned that to be pro-life, pro-marriage, pro-national defense, pro-legal immigration (not illegal) as well as pro-American are somehow akin to being “Nazis”. It’s quite a peculiar pejorative term they use to describe conservatives considering that the definition of a Nazi is anyone who was a member of the National Socialist German party, where the core belief is clear disdain for democracy. It was an ideology based on group-think where religion, free markets, democracy and free thought were condemned.   Nazism was a pure form of fascism. A fascism that has been embraced by the left and has been “amped up” in the last couple of years since the election of President Trump. Need proof? Immediately following his election we had mobs taking to the street protesting his election. They rioted, looted, injured, and attacked police officers, coordinated sit downs / lay-downs on highways and bridges to stop folks from heading to work. Not to be outdone the hard core feminists descended on Washington for their “Woman’s March”. A march that featured the likes of Madonna who actually said “I have had dreams of blowing up the White House”. That was followed up by an absolutely vile incoherent rant by Ashley Judd. Women walking around in Pu**y hats (Is that what feminism has become?). The overarching message was one of radicalism. A world where every woman was a victim, because a woman lost an election. A world where every woman was somehow within their rights to become antagonistic, contemptuous and vile towards anyone conservative. The language being used was a national disgrace. I heard women in their 60’s and 70’s utter four letter words that I never would have dreamed I would hear. Ask any of them what they were marching for, they had no idea. This is how fascism works. It is an incoherent message with absolutely no grounding in any reality but rather a collective group of self-identified victims who feel the urge to assemble and cast blame on another group of people to make themselves feel better. Their targets are conservatives. (Historically this is what the Nazis did after World War I. Rather than accept responsibility for their actions that led to the War, they found scapegoats (Jews and Catholics) to blame and organized around being victims)

We can fast forward to these past couple of months to see more examples of the rise of their fascism. With any gun shooting, the left seizes upon it to undo the constitutional protections of the second amendment. They call their opponents in the debate killers and Nazis (again) and the destroyers of children. (Quite funny coming from a group that believes murdering children in the womb is empowerment of women). They exploit anyone who survives the shooting and trots them out like “Justify” at the Kentucky Derby. I mean how much more lecturing can we take from that little brat David “Boss” Hogg from Parkland? A high school kid whose 15 min of fame should have ended the day of the shooting is out there as part of the leftist movement seeking to maximize his exposure by sit ins at a grocery store and endless demonstrations. We then have Parkland kids showing up at Pride parades as though surviving a shooting gives you the moral clout to lecture folks on moral issues. When did this become normal? I don’t recall anyone who survived 9/11 becoming an activist lecturing the nation on morality, and especially a 16 year old who sported a Cuban Flag. Let the irony sink in on that one.

These past few weeks the left has upped their fascist tactics. Sarah Sanders, press secretary for the President went to eat at a restaurant called “The Red Hen” in Virginia and was sought out by the owner to make a political statement. She was refused dinner, as was her entire table, because of who she worked for. Being the woman that she is she politely stood up and led her party out of the restaurant after offering to pay. Her and her husband went home while the others in her group decided to walk across the street to eat. The owner of the “Red Hen”, not feeling enough satisfaction in humiliating Sanders, decides to go across the street with her own little mob and continue to verbally taunt the group. If this isn’t a fascist tactic I don’t know what else is. This episode led to Congress where the ever predictable “Mad Maxine” Waters proceeded to give a rambling speech where she actually declared that “God is on our side” and called for attacks on Trump administration officials: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them”. Yes you read that correctly. If you see a conservative, a crowd should be assembled and they should be attacked, according to her and the many devout activists in her party. How is this woman still allowed to be a member of Congress after calling for attacks on members of the executive branch? It is so serious that Sanders now has Secret Service protection.

Last week an intern for Senator Hassan of New Hampshire, heeding the call of “Mad Maxine”, decided to yell directly to the President “Mr. President “F**K you”. Her punishment? Well she received a week suspension and is now back at work this coming Monday. Just imagine if a staffer of Senator Ted Cruz had yelled such a remark to President Obama. We would be having wall to wall hearings on racism in America. Sen Cruz would have been forced to fire the staffer and sensitivity training would have been mandated across Capitol Hill. The list of fascist tactics continues on; from a group of thugs last night going after Senator McConnell and his wife as they exited a building to socialist protesters who accosted Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, on Tuesday, at a Mexican restaurant to the Attorney General for the State of Florida, Pam Bondi being accosted by leftist agitators at a screening for Mr. Rodgers (Oh the irony).

These are only the beginning of what will become even more vocal and physical intimidation in the months ahead. The left has heard their “call to action” and will seek to maximize their methods. They will utilize the usual suspects of famous celebrities and sports athletes to continue the push. From Sean Penn to Lebron James and from Alec Baldwin to Hank Aaron (Who actually said if he were a player he would refuse to go to the White House, but is the same man who visited Fidel Castro and autographed 4 baseballs for him) the village idiots will be willing accomplices to this mayhem underway. Ask them what they truly believe in, without the slogans, and they won’t be able to articulate a coherent point of view. They will give the usual nonsensical answers like “A woman’s right to choose” (choose what, and what about the baby?) to the rights of migrants (Does that mean anyone and everyone gets to come here and who pays, and what about our own poor and military veterans?) to “economic justice” (Yes economic justice where their utopia is a government run nation and they as the power brokers)   The country needs to wake up to this threat before it becomes out of control. We have dangerous demagogues among us becoming more dangerous and becoming ever more fascist. By the way the actual definition of a Fascist is as follows: “A one party dictatorship that is totalitarian, opposing democracy and seeks to silence opposing points of view by verbal and physical intimidation”. Sounds a lot like the left in this country to me…
