The Deep State-“Collusion Illusion”

Greetings all and apologies for the late posting which was due (from a self-imposed deadline) last Friday. I am currently back after spending some vacation time in Las Vegas surrounded by some of the most glorious and beautiful hotels in the world. Las Vegas was a city started by organized crime in the 1930’s as a way to make money entertaining the young construction workers who were working on building the Hoover Dam (formerly known as the Boulder Dam). In order for the Mafia to make continual income they constructed hotels, theaters and gambling halls in order to draw these men in and allow them to spend their cash across the city. The Vegas Strip became a prime recipient of the benefits of this dam as the electricity it produced allowed the area to grow and prosper even further. With the infrastructure now in place, the reputation of Las Vegas started to grow and spread throughout the country as a place to indulge in every vice imaginable. The mafia was quick to provide an ample supply of it all. “Sin City” became the catch phrase to aptly describe this new destination hotspot. Like all organized crime members their prime concern was their own interests and would do whatever was needed to sustain their control. The ties to Organized Crime continued until the 1960’s when one year into town came Howard Hughes. Hughes was known as the “eccentric billionaire” and was a large part of the genius of American aviation. Hughes was also a large financier of vast entrepreneurial ventures throughout the country. He arrived on Thanksgiving Day in 1966 for a scheduled 10 day working trip. While there he took over the top two floors of the hotel he was staying in. His business dealings there forced him to overstay his reservation by several more days, when in December of that same year, he was asked to finally leave and vacate the hotel to make room for the gamblers who would be arriving on Christmas break. Hughes outright refused to leave and turned the tables on the management. He decided that rather than leave he was going to buy the hotel, which he did, for 13.2 million dollars. He decided that after this transaction, his new financial mission was to change Las Vegas from a corrupt city run by the Mafia to a more mainstream corporate one. Over time he achieved just that and in the process made himself the most powerful man in Vegas. He legitimized the city, however he made countless enemies along the way. These entrenched interests resented his stepping into “their city” and wrestling away the power that these nefarious characters once held. In the end Hughes would prove to be a genius who did not let the status quo stop him in his ambition to take a great premise, and turn it into a reality. He didn’t let the bastards thwart his desire for real change that would eventually go on to support millions of people across this great city and that still continues to this day, greater than ever.
If we now fast forward to the present day we can see Las Vegas as a microcosm of what is occurring in Washington DC. Washington is, as President Trump adeptly describes it, ‘The Swamp”. A place filled with Mafia styled individuals who have wielded the levels of power for countless decades. Power that has gone unchecked to the point that Congress regularly passes spending bills, or appropriations, that are thousands of pages long and where pork spending is often buried in them to hide elaborate payoff schemes to core constituents of these same congresspeople. Who can forget the PR nightmare for the Democrats 9 years ago by Speaker Pelosi uttering the absurd line “We need to pass the bill (Obama care) in order to see what is in the bill”? As dumb as we all know Nancy Pelosi to be, she was actually telling the truth. She had no idea what they were passing, as most of it was written by special interest lobbyists who had huge financial windfalls to reap once it was passed. To the credit of the Republican Party, not one member voted in favor of this, however the Democrats were able to horse trade to obtain the votes they needed and eventually seize the entire healthcare system of the United States. A seizure based on absolute boldfaced lies. Lies such as “If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor” or “Healthcare premiums will decline an average of 30 percent for a family of 4”. In retrospect it was criminal what was done. The architect of the law, MIT professor Jonathan Gruber, stated to an audience that the “Lack of transparency” and “The stupidity of the American Voter (those who vote for Democrats) helped Congress approve “Obama-care”. I use this glaring example for one reason; Healthcare comprises over 20 percent of all spending by consumers in the United States. If the Congress can actually lie to their constituents on such a massive scale and get away with it, doesn’t it stand to reason that they can, and are, doing this on all other matters that affect the citizenry of this country? Millions of dollars were paid to web site designers connected to Hillary Clinton and Kathleen Sibelius (Secretary of HHS) that produced a product that didn’t even work yet no penalty and no consequences. (I could go on but I think we all see where this leads to). Citizens were forced to purchase insurance at outrageous premiums for substandard care. Those who chose not to, were penalized by the Internal Revenue Service. The dye was being cast that the government was going to determine for the people what they needed to own. There would be no freedom to make personal financial decisions because the government knew best. One fifth of the United States economy was being controlled by power brokers within Washington DC and there was nothing the citizens could do about it. It became a rallying cry for conservatives, already angry over the financial crisis caused by the centralized government power of the Democrats, who didn’t want to cede even more personal autonomy to an already massive nanny state. This bill was now the culmination of power lost to Washington. Powerful people making decisions that affected countless millions without any say. A socialist agenda that no one ever agreed to, was being implemented with the full force of the United States government. Obama-care architects are the perfect representation of a portion of the “Deep State” where key figures in back rooms could decide among themselves, aided by a corrupt cheer-leading media (Andrea Mitchell comes to mind), how the economy would function and who would be the winners and losers in this financial Ponzi scheme. (Didn’t Madoff go to jail for a much lesser crime?). Had this succeeded, these folks and their cohorts could have enriched themselves and gained untold power. They didn’t count on the wave of anger that swept the nation and sure as hell didn’t count on a billionaire from Queens showing up as a vehicle for the electorate to vent their anger at what was happening to their country.
When Donald Trump arrived on the scene he was met with dismissive tones. “He could never win”, “This is all about his ego”, “He is just looking to generate revenue for his business” etc. The smart money was on an establishment politician such as Jeb Bush or Marco Rubio to secure the nomination. It was the belief among the intelligentsia that he would arrive with a bang and fade out. The media, as well as the Democrats, saw Trump as some buffoon who if they could prop up could win the nomination and then get wrecked in a general election. They provided wall to wall coverage of Trump (coverage that would have cost him billions of dollars, had his campaign had to have paid for it). The mission of the left wing media was to find a way to thwart the candidacy of Marco Rubio (who they feared the most), because the prevailing wisdom was that due to an ever increasing Hispanic population, Rubio would be able to capture enough votes to defeat the undefeatable candidate of Hillary Clinton. The media figured that by helping Trump, he would take out the front runner, secure the nomination and become the eventual failure in the general election. (Imagine their glee when Chris Christie aided the cause during one Republican debate and exposed Rubio as a lightweight and ended his campaign). Trump went on to gain popularity across the country with his unapologetic promises to end illegal immigration, build a wall, cut taxes, defund Planned Parenthood and end Obama care. These issues appealed to the majority of average Americans but were toxic to the cultural elite from Manhattan to Los Angeles. Trump went on to pull an inside straight flush and defeated the entire Republican establishment and in the process went on a tear against the corrupt media that refused to acknowledge him as a credible candidate nor do their jobs and apply any sort of journalistic scrutiny to flawed candidate and person of Hillary Clinton. His popularity started to skyrocket. Regular Americans became tired of the corruption in Washington DC as well as the satellite corruption of “Big Business” who fed regularly at the DC trough (all the while shipping jobs overseas, importing cheap labor, rewarding themselves with multimillion dollar bonuses and laying countless people off). There was an establishment arrogance on full display with those who held the power. A governing class that had clear disdain for the electorate and who developed a superiority complex. Donald Trump quickly recognized this and was able to feed into the brewing anger.
While all this was occurring Hillary Clinton was mounting her inevitable campaign to fulfill her lifelong ambition of being the first female president of the country. She was a woman so saddled with political baggage that the Democratic Party had to go into overdrive marketing this woman as the next Joan of Arc. For over a year the nation listened to once Clinton sycophant after another make the rounds on news programs to explain away her deadly decisions (and lies) around Benghazi. They were also forced to find creative ways to explain how a Secretary of State was able to solicit hundreds of millions of dollars for a bogus “Clinton Foundation” from folks with business before the State Department. Lastly they had the unenviable task of actually trying to explain away a server in the basement of her Chappaqua home that contained classified intelligence. Intelligence that also appeared on a backup server in the bathroom of a small Denver office. (How was this woman not already in prison?). When questioned, President Obama treated it as a small matter (Because he knew all along she had this AND he had actually sent her email on this unsecured server, although he initially denied he knew of its existence) and refused to sanction her. His tolerance of this behavior can only lead one to believe of his participation in this scandal as a way to secure his legacy (as miserable as it was) and ensure Clinton won the election. He also feared a win by Donald Trump because Trump would immediately start to unravel his socialistic framework board by board. Clinton was also being protected by a very forgiving left wing media. A media that went into 24 x7 damage control. (Can anyone see a scenario where if Donald Trump or Ronald Reagan had committed any of these felonies they wouldn’t be doing life in a Federal penitentiary?) The press continued to prop her up and at the same time seek to destroy the candidacy of the ever popular Donald Trump. “Access Hollywood” tapes from 10 years ago were treated harsher than the coverage of Charles Manson. Trump’s taxes became the nightly fixation all the while the press had no intellectual curiosity to inquire as the origins of the Clinton’s millions. There was no attempt to even look into the sale of Uranium to the Russians that was spearheaded by Clinton herself (with her husband being rewarded with payoffs for tiresome speeches) AND also signed off by Robert Mueller coupled with Rod Rosenstein and others (Oh the irony that these two are in charge of the Trump investigation). A very credible itemization of the Clinton thefts and personal enrichment was detailed in a damning book by Peter Schweizer, however there was no attempt to even look at any of it by the mainstream press. Add the media now to the “Deep State”. (Their corruption and complicity continues to this very day as they stay on their mission to try and topple the President)
One last leg of this corruption was the leadership of the FBI and the Justice Department. The Justice Department had 2 very radical leaders under President Obama. From Eric Holder to Loretta Lynch. Both were very active left wing partisans who used the Justice Department to further ultra-left wing causes. Holder went on to be held in contempt by the US Congress for his refusal to comply with and order to turn over documents related to his botched efforts on “Fast and Furious”. An operation that sold guns to Mexican Cartel members and was part of a Counter-narcotic strategy but failed miserably when one of those guns was used to execute Border Patrol agent, and former Marine, Brian Terry. Holder simply refused to accept any responsibility and thumbed his nose at the Congress. Like the other Deep State actors, he was never held accountable and walked away unscathed from it all. Holder also attempted to horse collar police departments across the country with strong armed tactics if they failed to comply with his racial hustling demands. He went so far as to use the events in Ferguson to damage the reputation, as well as jeopardize the life and freedom of Police Officer Darren Wilson. Wilson killed a local thug named Michael Brown (The press referred to him as “Mike Brown” as though he was some local good kid from the neighborhood) in self-defense when he approached him after Brown robbed a local story. Brown proceeded to reach into the car and attempted to take Wilson’s gun to try and kill him. Wilson has no alternative than to shoot Brown. Holder disregarded all the facts and contributed to a toxic climate in the country against the police departments across the nation. A climate so toxic that a Black Lives Matter agitator named Micah Xavier Johnson ambushed and executed five Dallas Police officers and severely injured nine. Holder, so blinded by racial justice, refused to see the facts, rather sought to spread the lie that Wilson was racist and use it as an attempt to fundamentally transform police departments across the country. (What better way to gain absolute power than to control all law enforcement?) Loretta Lynch assumed the same agenda as Holder. She sought indictments against police officers based on loose facts and sought to leverage any situation to obtain the same control. A control to help the radical left in this country fundamentally transform it.
Loretta Lynch’s biggest crime was the sham investigation into Hillary Clinton. While the campaign was in full swing, Clinton was unable to escape the albatross that hung around the neck of her campaign, which was her sending and receiving of classified documents on an illegal server. Lynch recused herself from the investigation, formally, but was active behind the scenes. From the former FBI official’s own testimony, James Comey testified to Congress that Lynch told him to only treat the investigation as a “matter” and not an investigation. Comey knew all along that he could never recommend charges be brought against Hillary Clinton, and under the orders of Lynch, he allowed a veneer of an investigation to be launched, all the time monitoring it to ensure she wouldn’t be charged. The proof of this is that he was drafting an exoneration letter of her months before they ever interviewed her. Andrew McCabe (Since fired and soon to be indicted) granted immunity to key co-conspirators of Clinton and allowed them to sit in on the one interview with her 4th of July weekend, where no notes were taken and no recording was ever made. (McCabe’s wife had received thousands of dollars from Clinton money man Terry McAuliffe for her failed Virginia State Senate run). Clinton knew the fix was in and that Comey would proceed to clear her the coming week so she could resume her campaign. Two weeks earlier, Loretta Lynch was in Phoenix and met former President Bill Clinton on a tarmac where they finalized the clearance of Hillary Clinton. Lynch went so far as to lie and claim the meeting was over “grandchildren”. The audacity of a sitting United States Attorney General meeting with the husband of a suspect in a criminal investigation, on the tarmac, weeks before that suspect was to be interviewed, is unconscionable. The fix was in.
Weeks before the election there was breaking news that James Comey had reopened the investigation (after clearing her in July of the same year). Many asked “why would he do this if he were part of the “Deep State”. The answer is quite simple. The New York City Police Department weeks earlier had obtained a laptop of Anthony Weiner, while investigating his crime of exchanging texts of a sexual nature with a 15 year old minor girl. While searching the laptop they discovered classified emails from connected to the Clintons. The NYPD alerted Comey and he knew he had no choice other than to inform Congress that he was reopening the case. While he had no plans to indict her, he had to put the facade on that he was taking it seriously. The NYPD told him in no uncertain terms that he either investigates this or they will turn this over. (When you hear Clinton bemoan James Comey for reopening the investigation, understand it was her actions all along that was the catalyst of this all, not Comey, even though he was part of the cover-up).
Comey was not only involved in protecting Clinton but also involved in tracking candidate Trump in order to keep tabs on him and his campaign. Released just this week was a very credible report that the FBI plated a mole within the Trump Campaign to report on him. If you let that sink in for a moment one cannot help but think of this as some old style Soviet Union tactic. The premier Intelligence agency in the country ran a counter intelligence operation, in an opposing candidate’s campaign, in order to spy on them for political purposes. This is something out of a Tom Clancy novel yet as unreal as it seems, it was quite real. Add to this, FISA warrants obtained on 4 separate occasions using a bogus dossier funded by the Clinton campaign to listen in on Carter Page and the Trump team within Trump Tower. A dossier collected using a former British spy named Christopher Steele with the foundational lies obtained from former KGB officials in Moscow. Comey never advised the FISA judges (nor did Rod Rosenstein (how is he still employed?) that the dossier was funded by a campaign and was loaded with outright lies and propaganda. Does anyone believe those warrants would be issued, and reissued, if the judges knew the origins of this bogus information? (Why aren’t those judges being brought up to Capitol Hill to testify?)
Eventually, and by the grace of God, the candidacy of Donald Trump prevailed and he was now the new President of the United States. The left and their accomplices in the media were apoplectic and besides themselves. They couldn’t understand how they lost to a brash tweeting billionaire from Queens. It was perhaps the most entertaining political event in my lifetime. We watched nightly protests by lowlife agitators seeking some longshot to overturn the election. They couldn’t grasp in their own minds how they went from Barack Obama to Donald Trump. We watched usually reliable conservatives like George Will of Fox News and Jonah Goldberg and Rich Lowry of National Review forecast massive betrayal on the horizon by Trump. (Lowry was actually part of National Review’s failed attempt at a “Never Trump” movement. A movement that damaged the credibility of the magazine in the eyes of numerous true conservatives. (It is quite funny to hear Lowry today on television or read his writings touting the successes of Trump after being such a part of the initial resistance to him) Lowry should have been fired for his actions yet he still remains there). From all this came a well-crafted plan to find a way to remove President Trump from office. While the campaign was underway the Clinton machine had invented a phony Russia collusion story. They tried to sow the seeds that the Trump team was in collusion with Russia to steal the election. Once Trump won the election they used this phony narrative to taint the election and offer bogus excuses why Clinton lost. The “Deep State” actors (those who controlled power and would lose it, or see it seriously rolled back, under Trump) sought to find a way to undo the election and sought grounds to have him quickly impeached. We learned from found emails that Andrew McCabe was holding meetings in his office along with Peter Strzok, Deputy Assistant Director of Counterespionage (who led the Clinton email investigation) along with Lisa Page were planning “an insurance policy” in case Trump won. (Is that the job of a senior FBI official to erect a plan in case a candidate wins in the office of the number 2 of the FBI?) It became learned that the entire cast of characters, from Comey to Strzok, believed Clinton would win the election and went to extraordinary measures to ensure the outcome. However it failed “Bigly” (Big league for those of you who don’t speak Trump). These bad actors knew the hijinks they had been engaged in all along would come back to bite them. From the sham investigation of Clinton to the FISA warrants, they committed felonies that would be uncovered. The “Deep State” actors then set into motion their “Insurance policy”. In order for the policy to work they needed to sideline Jeff Sessions. In order to do this they dragged him onto Capitol Hill and proceeded to question him about some meeting at a party with some Russian diplomat. If they could peg him as a person of interest in a new investigation via a bogus allegation he would have to recuse himself. In time it worked and Sessions made the fatal mistake of stepping aside and allowing the deceptive Rod Rosenstein (Uranium One Rod), assume control of the investigation. His first act, a year ago this week, was to appoint Robert Mueller, a pal of James Comey, as an “Independent” counsel to investigate Trump for Russian collusion. An investigation that has no shred of evidence, has led to a yearlong fruitless and expensive inquiry in search of something that isn’t there. An investigation that has now shifted to “Obstruction of Justice”, because the President had the audacity to fire a member of the “Deep State”, James Comey. (I mean who does the President think he is using his executive authority?). President Trump has correctly described this as a “witch hunt” and he is absolutely correct. Jeff Sessions should have been fired for allowing this national disgrace to ever get started. His Mr. Magoo act has had serious consequences and emboldened these actors, while real investigations into the Clinton’s and their theft of millions via their foundation aren’t being addressed. Sessions needs to reenter his job and end this once and for all or resign for the good of the nation. It has gone on way to long.
I apologize for this very long post (They will be less wordy in the future, I promise) but the timeline and actors of the “Deep State” need to be unearthed and punished accordingly for their subversion of the law, as well as for the damage to the sacred institutions of the country, in order to sustain their power structure. Like Howard Hughes, it took a billionaire to check in and refuse to leave regardless of the enemies. It took a man of conviction to root out the mafia characters and not buckle under the weight of the entrenched interests. Like Hughes, Trump is driving these corrupt bastards out and attempting to legitimize something that is so corrupt to its core. By the grace of God, if anyone can do this it is a tweeting quirky billionaire from Queens (who once owned casinos as well). Bet the house on Trump…….
