Confirm Kavanaugh

As Yogi Berra once famously said, “Its Déjà vu all over again”. We are now reliving the national soap opera of the Supreme Court battle over Justice Clarence Thomas, but this time it is for the nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Back when Clarence Thomas was appointed to the Supreme Court it was widely viewed that he would eventually be the final vote to overturn the unconstitutional decision of Roe vs. Wade. It was thought so because he was seen as a strong conservative who would be replacing the ultra-liberal Justice Thurgood Marshall. The left had already seen  another ultra-liberal justice William Brennan replaced by, what was supposed to be a conservative, David Souter just the year before. They did the math and believed these two votes would be the nail in the coffin of that decision. (What they didn’t know at the time was Souter was about to betray the conservatives and vote often with the liberal wing of the court). So with Thomas about to be put on to the court the left needed to do something to smear him to stop that from happening. They needed to be careful however because Clarence Thomas was a black judge replacing the only black judge on the high court. (Marshall). The optics of going after him could turn their base against them. They plotted and on the last days of the hearing they brought forth a black law professor named Anita Hill, who testified with wild claims that Thomas had sexually harassed her. The testimony she gave was riddled with holes as she told a harrowing but contradictory story of a man who was a sexual deviant and predator.  What she neglected to state was that not only was she willingly in his company any chance she could get, she also followed him with each job that he took. She willingly accepted his friendship and help in securing employment as well as working directly for him. If someone were to be as loathsome as she portrayed Thomas to be, why would she follow him? Anita Hill was a radical feminist who aligned herself with the extreme left to advance an agenda that Thomas would be a threat to. These people believed that in destroying him, the ends would somehow justify the means if it meant denying him the seat. To believe that this woman just came out of the blue, at the last second and on her own would be foolish. She never said a word at any of his other hearings, and actually sent letters to him of congratulations on his confirmations. As the saying goes, “When looking for a reason, usually the most obvious one is it”. Those reasons were her affiliations with radical feminist causes as well as the multi-million dollar book deals and speaking engagements she would soon be involved in.

               As a nation we are witnessing history repeat itself. The radical leftists in the Senate, and their base, are now looking at Kavanaugh as the swing vote, once again, that will take down the Roe decision. This time they know that is a solid reality as Gorsuch is a prolife vote (But he replaced Scalia so they saw that as a net 0 for the conservatives), but Kavanaugh will be replacing Anthony Kennedy who also, like Souter, betrayed the conservatives. He believed his role was to “maintain history and see that precedent remains intact” (whatever the hell that means). The long and short of it all was Kennedy had an inflated sense of self-worth, who morphed into an intellectual snob that believed he had a better grasp on what the constitution should be, rather than what it was. He became known as the “swing vote” and aligned himself with the liberal wing on social issues, particularly abortion. So with his retirement and Kavanaugh on deck to do away with that type of constitutional contempt, the left and their massive donors over at Planned Parenthood, NARAL, Emily’s List and the Southern Poverty Law Center have demanded that the liberal Judiciary members kill his nomination. (This is the same gang that was behind the Clarence Thomas drive by).

               As the Kavanaugh hearings proceeded one could not help but sense that these Democratic members were out to destroy this man. Their questions bordered on the absurd. They tried to engage in an intellectual chess match with a man who was the equivalent of the Russian Chess champ Garry Kasparov, while they were the equivalent of the head of the high school chess club. He outwitted them on each question and called them out of their theatrics with calm answers that left no doubt they were engaging in verbal hyperventilation. The hearings ended and the vote was actually scheduled for this week. One would think they would accept they had lost, but that would be to underestimate just how ruthless and diabolical they are. As we saw a woman named Christine Blasey Ford came forward claiming she had been sexually assaulted while in high school and the perpetrator was none other than Judge Kavanaugh. So like Clarence Thomas, he went through numerous confirmations as he climbed the judicial ladder yet she was nowhere to be found. The theater of the absurd here becomes even more so, as she can’t recall the date it occurred, where it occurred exactly and who was in the room. (How convenient). She also claims it “came to me” during a therapy session back in 2012, 30 years later, and her husband recalls it. The therapist’s notes contradict her claim in that she told the therapist it was 4 boys and Kavanaugh’s name never came up. Her recent story is now it was only 2 boys. She still has no specific details other than the sensational parts of the story. She can remember him “putting his hand over my mouth” and that “I believed he would kill me” but she can’t remember how she got to the party and whose house it was. She also claims her therapist’s notes are wrong in the number of boys present. She claims she “never wanted to come forward” but somehow her letter made it all the way to Senator Dianne Feinstein, a senior member on the Judiciary Committee, who sat on this since July. She never even raised it until the hearing ended with the only notable event being the crash and burn of Cory “Spartacus” Booker and his defiance of the Senate rules about releasing confidential data. The problem was the data was cleared to be released the night before he made such a clown out of himself. (Good luck with that presidential run Spartacus).

The Democrats have two goals in mind with this stunt. The first is to try and stop the confirmation and try to win the Senate where they can stop any further Trump appointments to the Courts. The second is the same one as with Anita Hill. Try and make it appear that it’s these “White Men” questioning a helpless victim and treating her badly, “As all White Men will do”. They are trying to set the stage for another identity politic battle of men vs women, counting on spineless men to join them. They want the truth to be discounted and simply adhere to the tired mantra that “All women need to be believed”. Well what about the woman who accused the Duke Lacrosse team of gang raping her? She ruined their lives only later to reveal she made the entire story up. Are they suggesting that women don’t lie? Are all women above reproach in this arena? They would have everyone suspend common sense and simply kowtow to this warped ideology that the women and men are enemies and that men are in the way of their success. They insist that their liberation is through the ability to kill unborn children because unborn children are an impediment to their futures. Never mind the facts that these babies being murdered in the womb are disproportionately girls (Because biologically there are more girls than boys conceived and because often male children are seen as more valuable (Sex selection abortions are overwhelmingly done on girls). Also pay no attention to the fact that most aborted children out there are black babies. In New York City alone over 50 percent of black babies are killed every year. Ask yourself why are Planned Parenthood locations always located in or in the immediate vicinity of black neighborhoods? I though “Black Lives Matter”ed?  

               This attack on this Judge is Clarence Thomas/ Anita Hill Part 2. It is a dying gasp of the left to try and stop the actual Constitution from being reinserted back into the country. These people have no morality and have no regard for decency. Has anyone ever noticed that when a Democratic president appoints a justice, the Conservatives always fight the nominee based on the merits of their arguments, while the left always wants to veer off to find sexual disqualifications? They can’t win in the marketplace of ideas. They lose election after election and see the court as a way to impose their rejected philosophy on the masses. They have no interest in real sexual assaults, for if they did, they would be investigating Keith Ellison for domestic abuse on his girlfriend. She has actual proof, unlike Christine Blasey Ford, with real hospital records.

Where was the mantra of “All women need to be believed” when it came to the multiple accusers of Bill Clinton, namely Juanita Broderick who claims Clinton raped her? His list is too long to go on about here. Let us not forget old Ted Kennedy and his escapades as well as his Houdini act of escaping from a car, swimming to shore and landing back at a hotel not remembering a thing as Mary Jo Kopechne died in a watery grave. (Imagine had Donald Trump drove off the road and landed in the Hudson River with Kelly Anne Conway in the car left to drown as he escaped to a Trump Hotel? What would be the response of the left? We all know what it would be). Ted Kennedy has been enshrined as the “Lion of the Senate” in the eyes of these same people orchestrating this phony campaign from behind the scenes. They don’t care about anything but power and the ability to continue to murder the unborn without interference from the “evil white men of privilege”. Kavanaugh, like President Trump, stands in their way and they will employ whatever means to stop them both. Their problem is they are too predictable and the American people are seeing right through this bogus stunt. Ford claims she didn’t want to come public, yet scrubbed all her social media content (Because it would be seen that she is a progressive fanatic who appeared at the Anti-Trump rallies, as well as railed against conservative nominees). She also arranged a polygraph test (Odd for someone not wanting to be made public) but no one knows what questions were asked of her for that test and if the claim of the test is even true. She now insists the “FBI investigate her claims” before she will testify. Since when does an accuser dictate the course of an investigation? Where would the FBI go? How is this a Federal matter? It was over 30 years ago and she has no details and all the witnesses she cites all say it didn’t happen. This is a circus being perpetrated on the American public and its time a stop be put to it all. In the old Soviet Union the KGB would plant deviant sexual evidence on their targets to send them to prison. It seems the American Left has adopted the same practice using public spectacles to defame and ruin their opponents, as well as anyone who may even consider opposing them. They are the organized crime of politics.
